All data transmitted via the XPELAB Bot or contact forms is encrypted. We do not store financial credentials on local servers.

2. Lead Capture

Email addresses provided for "Demo Handshakes" are used solely for technical follow-ups by our Lab Directors.

3. Cookies

We use session cookies to maintain the chatbot's "state" and ensure a seamless user experience across the Software Suite.
