XPELAB grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Software Suite (DIMS, Guest House Mgmt, NBFS) for internal business operations only. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or tampering with core logic is strictly prohibited.
While our products are precision-engineered for zero-fail environments, XPELAB provides software "as-is." For mission-critical deployments (Pharma/Finance), users must adhere to the recommended hardware specifications and periodic backup protocols.
All source code, UI designs, and the "API Bridge" architecture remain the sole property of XPELAB Engineering Solutions. Customizations made for clients (e.g., IECCSL) are governed by separate project-specific contracts.
XPELAB reserves the right to terminate API access or software support if the user is found in violation of security protocols or unethical utilization of the software suite.
